Our payment transactions are made through WorldPay gateway and a transaction ID confirmation number is provided. These secure online payments can be made via PayPal (UK deliveries only) or for international shipments with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Electron, Switch/Maestro, Solo or Delta card.
All shipping services booked through Transcargo Direct will have a Transcargo Direct reference number, found on both the email confirmation and transaction receipt. If you do not have a Transcargo Direct reference number, it is likely your delivery was booked either directly with a courier or through an alternative supplier.
